Umat? I-mat. Everyone "mats". Or at least, that was the general idea of today. Like hundreds of other turds, I woke up in the groggy hour of 5:30, to fall asleep and wake up again by another alarm at 5:31, then fell asleep and woke up again at 5:32...etc etc...all the way till 5:41! Wow...I'm so smart! I set up like every single alarm I had (4 phone alarms, 2 watch alarms, 2 clock alarms, and 1 camera alarm..zOmg..my NEW CAMERA HAS AN ALARM!!! AARGHEHH! <3 <3 <3...)
Yerh, anyway, took my time to cushion myself into a ball of clothes in the midst of a 9 degree morning. Took the train from Hursty station at 6:30 with Martin, picked up Jian at Rockdale, and went all the waay to Railway Square to pick up Daisy and Sim. Took bus there and wham! Saw this infinite long line at the centre. And wtf?! There was construction at the centre? Hmm...
What happened after that? Um...saw a whole bunch of people. People I said hi to. People I didn't say hi to. People I didn't WANT to say hi to. Well, got into the centre, and had to find my friggin seat. I went all the waayy down the centre to realise, "oh fark, 802 is like, on the other side..."
leaving me to feel extremely stupid, which isn't a good thing right before a test where you need to feel mentally fit and all that rubbish. Oh yeah...after everybody was seated, guy sitting diagonally right in front of me grossed me out. He sat down, showing his massive buttcrack, and proceeded to take his shoes and socks off, then look around to shake people's hands and wishing them good luck. I instantly turned around to make conversation with the guy behind me (LOL! IT WAS TIMMMMMMYYYYY!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!)
After a delay of an hour (girls running to and fro to the bag room doing w/e...), the test got underway. What can I say about the test itself?
-Section 1: I felt like I did really really well in this section. I saw at least 3-4 questions that were identical to the ones in the medentry trials/online papers. Cursed myself slightly for not looking at those answers before the test but generally, this was really easy all the way to the end. A lot of people told me after the test they found the last couple of questions in this section hard, I didn't think so.
-Section 2: I really don't know what to say here. I
feel like I did really well here, but
past experience is telling me that there is a huge uncertainty principle at work here; I'm expecting to lost somewhere between 6-12 marks if I'm getting my average score.
-Section 3: I died. I could not friggin find the friggin middle of the friggin pattern. Was it always this hard? Oh maaannn....took my best shot at it and yeah...<-- See? Look at my weak excuse! Clearly I don't even have the words to defend myself here. I can only say that I just finished right on time.
After the test finished, cheesed it outside, not having anything to do and trying really hard to decide who to hang out with. Some SB's decided to go to school (I LOL..), so I decided to eat with the other guys (Josfer and co.). Then proceeded to go home and sleep and just lie to myself hoping I seriously owned that test -clicks fingers- like that.
I guess I'm just not a logical guy, if Section 3 is my worst part, when contrasted with all the mathema-geeks of my grade.
